b. State on revised plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]) NOTE: The revised plan needs to incorporate the findings of the Soil Suitability Study that was approved on November 6, 2001. c. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to final occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 through 116570. e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. 4. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME a. The project should be designed so that there is no loss of existing riparian or other wetland habitat. b. The project should be designed so that there are no impacts to the valley elderberry longhorn beetle. c. Any replacement riparian habitat or riparian habitat enhancement should incorporate native plant species that are taken from a local source. d. The project applicant is advised that notification to Fish and Game is required, pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600, et sec, for proposed projects that may: (1) Divert, obstruct, or change the natural flow or the bed, channel, or bank of any river, stream, or lake; (2) Use material from a streambed; or (3) Result in the disposal or deposition of debris, waste, or other material where it may pass into any river, stream, or lake. The notification requirement applies to any work undertaken in or near a river, stream, or lake that flows at least intermittently through a bed or channel.
