b. State on revised plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4[c][5]) <br /> NOTE: The revised plan needs to incorporate the findings of the Soil Suitability Study that was <br /> approved on November 6, 2001. <br /> c. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to final occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 4. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME <br /> a. The project should be designed so that there is no loss of existing riparian or other wetland habitat. <br /> b. The project should be designed so that there are no impacts to the valley elderberry longhorn <br /> beetle. <br /> c. Any replacement riparian habitat or riparian habitat enhancement should incorporate native plant <br /> species that are taken from a local source. <br /> d. The project applicant is advised that notification to Fish and Game is required, pursuant to Fish and <br /> Game Code Section 1600, et sec, for proposed projects that may: <br /> (1) Divert, obstruct, or change the natural flow or the bed, channel, or bank of any river, stream, or <br /> lake; <br /> (2) Use material from a streambed; or <br /> (3) Result in the disposal or deposition of debris, waste, or other material where it may pass into <br /> any river, stream, or lake. <br /> The notification requirement applies to any work undertaken in or near a river, stream, or lake that <br /> flows at least intermittently through a bed or channel.
