June 7, 1993 <br /> To Whom it may concern: <br /> John Eagal has asked me to write this letter explaining <br /> his involvement in helping the police department' in 6 - <br /> number of ways over the past six years, and I am very <br /> happy to be able to do it. <br /> John has donated his time his expertise as a professional <br /> water ski instructor and the use of his boat to train <br /> members of the police force who were training for the <br /> Police Olympics both in Stockton and at Bell Aqua in <br /> Sacramento. Also he has been very instrumental in <br /> coordinating and running various events at the Olympics <br /> themselves. <br /> When Tim White was tragically killed in the line of duty, <br /> John organized a fund raiser through his ski school and <br /> raised funds for the Tim White trust fund. <br /> In closing, John has been very generous in donating <br /> his time and his resources in a number of ways which have <br /> been very helpful, and we greatly appreciate his efforts. <br /> Sin cerly, <br /> r " <br /> �. <br /> gt.
