Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only. All vertical features, including but not limited to fences, walls;private light standards, rocks, landscaping, and cobbles are not allowed in the right- of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) b. The driveway approach at Louise Avenue shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section;§-1145.5) c. The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on the site and to prevent off-site sediment transport. Provide drainage facilities to meet the requirements of San.Joaquin County Development:Standards to prevent the increased runoff rate of storm water from discharging onto otherro erties. Retention basins shall be fenced with a six-foot-high chain-link fence or equal p p when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. The required retention basin capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor, or licensed architect prior to the release Of building permits.
