Phase One, building permits to be issued within eighteen months from the <br /> effective date of approval, includes the construction of a 1,800 square foot processing <br /> building and the conversion of an existing 720 square foot building into an office. Phase <br /> Two, building permits to be issued within five years from the effective date of approval, <br /> includes the construction of a 1,800 square foot processing building. Additionally, there are <br /> four farm labor mobile homes that are also not a part of this project. The existing private <br /> packing shed and four farm labor mobile homes were constructed with proper permits <br /> i (BP-9902067, MF-01-03, MF-01-26, PA-03-255). <br />
