All maneuvering, parking, and driving areas shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1/2 inches of asphaltic <br /> concrete paving over 6 inches of rock base. Parking and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be properly striped to effect <br /> orderly use and circulation and shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. Other surfaces used on the parcel shall also be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> C. Parking shall be provided at the rate one for each one <br /> thousand (1 ,000) square feet of floor area plus two <br /> spaces for each three employees working on the employment <br /> shift at which the largest number of employees are <br /> hired. Parking calculations and floor areas shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. Also number the parking <br /> spaces, show typical space details and include auto <br /> circulation details. <br /> d. Off-street truck loading spaces shall be provided and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan, in accordance with Section <br /> 9-3705 of the Planning Title. <br /> e. Parking, drives and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> barricaded, as necessary, to prevent vehicle intrusions <br /> onto landscaped areas, septic tanks, leach fields and <br /> well sites. <br /> f. Temporary offices in mobilehomes shall require submittal <br /> and approval of Temporary Mobilehome Permits. <br /> g. That portion of the development devoted to use as <br /> building material sales yards shall either be conducted <br /> within a building or an area which is enclosed by a solid <br /> wall eight (8) feet high. An outdoor storage area, if <br /> proposed, shall be located in the sales yard and shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. <br /> h. Future development of structures on the west side of the <br /> parcel shall respect a twenty (20) foot setback for as <br /> long as residential uses exist on the adjacent parcel. <br /> i. All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and <br /> directed to prevent glare onto Louise Avenue and adjacent <br /> properties. Lighting standards, if proposed, shall be <br /> limited to 20 feet in height and shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. If higher standards are proposed, illumination <br /> calculations shall be submitted for review by the <br /> Director and included on the Improvement if approved. <br />
