The size and location of the sign shall <br /> be included on the Improvement Plan and be in accordance <br /> with Section 9-3600 of the Planning Title. <br /> k. A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> 1. The parking lot on the west side of the parcel shall be <br /> screened from adjacent residential uses by a solid fence <br /> and a five (5) foot landscaped strip. <br /> M. At a minimum, a five (5) foot wide strip on the property <br /> line adjacent to the west parking lot and a ten (10) foot <br /> wide landscaped strip along Louise Avenue shall be <br /> installed and maintained. <br /> n. Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. As an alternative, three <br /> copies of a separate landscaping and irrigation plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Director. In either case , <br /> landscape details shall include a key showing size, type, <br /> number, and spacing of all proposed plantings. Details <br /> of an automatic and timed sprinkler system shall be <br /> shown. All approved landscaping and sprinklers shall be <br /> in place prior to issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> Landscaping shall be installed and planted in the following <br /> manner: <br /> Tre_e_s_ Spaced not to exceed 25 feet on center at a ratio of <br /> 25 percent for 15-gallon size, 50 percent for <br /> five-gallon size, and 25 percent for one-gallon <br /> size. <br /> Shrubs: Spaced not to exceed ten feet on center at a ratio <br /> of 20 percent for five-gallon size and 80 percent <br /> for one-gallon size. <br /> Groundcover: 100 percent coverage. <br />
