The Improvement Plan shall show all existing structures in <br /> solid lines and label them as such . Proposed or future <br /> structures and developments shall be shown with a dashed line <br /> and be so labelled . The structure identified as a house <br /> shall be labelled an office . <br /> 2 . All maneuvering , parking , and driving areas shall be surfaced <br /> with a minimum 2 1 /2 inches of asphaltic concrete paving over <br /> 6 inches of rock base . Parking and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be properly striped to effect orderly use and circulation and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. Other surfaces used on the <br /> parcel shall also be shown of the Imdrovement Plan. <br /> 3 . Parking shall be provided at the rate one for each one <br /> thousand ( 1 , 000 ) squa-e feet of floor area plus two spaces <br /> for each three employees working on the employment shift at <br /> which the largest number of employees are hired . Parking <br /> calculations and floor areas shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. Also number the parking spaces , show <br /> typical space details and include auto circulation details . <br /> 4 . Off-street truck loading spaces shall be provided and shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan, in accordance with Section 9-3705 of <br /> the Planning Title . <br /> 5 . Parking , drives and maneuvering areas shall be -barricaded , as <br /> necessary , to prevent vehicle intrusions onto landscaped <br /> areas , septic tanks , leach fields and well sites . <br /> 6 . Temporary offices in mobilehomes shall require submittal and <br /> approval of Temporary Mobilehome Permits . <br />
