d. The Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for the roof between the existing storage <br /> buildings and any new construction for this development. <br /> The fee shall be $0. 39 per square foot of the building <br /> or $3, 381. 00 per acre, whichever yields the larger fee. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. The fee shall be paid no later <br /> than July 5, 1990 (ten business days from the date of <br /> approval) . <br /> e. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of-way. Application for the permit shall <br /> be made no later than June 27 , 1990 (five business days <br /> from the date of approval) . <br /> f. The frontage improvement for Louise Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of an 84-foot-wide right-of-way industrial street. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. A $250. 00 fee is required for <br /> processing, per Ordinance No. 3337, in addition to a copy <br /> of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. <br /> As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00. The Agreement <br /> shall be submitted no later than July 5, 1990 (ten <br /> business days from the date of approval) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required when <br /> sewer service is available. <br /> b. State on the Improvement Plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed <br /> for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (SA-90-54) <br />
