6. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT• Ordinance Requirements• The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. a. All buildings shall be in compliance with the 1988 Uniform Fire Code. b. All buildings shall be in compliance with the N.F.P.A. , U.F.C. , and San Joaquin County Sprinkler Ordinance. C. New development fees of $0 . 21 per square foot shall be paid at the time of building permit issuance. d. The location of a knox box shall be identified by the fire department and shown on the Improvement Plan. e. The owner shall extend the 16-inch water main to the site and connect to the on-site fire loop, as specified in the agreement with the Lathrop County Water District and subject to all applicable rules and regulations. f. The operator shall install a sprinkler system in the existing 60-foot by 100-foot storage buildings no later than 60 calendar days after the Lathrop County Water District provides the owner with water pressure/system design information for the site. g. A fire department access road along the south side of the existing storage buildings shall be installed no later than July 20, 1990 (30 calendar days from the date of approval) . 7 . PLANNING DIVISION: Conditions of Approval: a. The owner shall notify the Director of Planning and Building Inspection, in writing, of the date that the water line becomes operational. b. The owner shall obtain the required permits for the installation of the building sprinkler system prior to the commencement of construction. C. All building sprinkler systems shall be operational no later than 30 calendar days after water becomes available to the site. Conditions of Approval - 4 - (SA-90-54)
