Louise Ave. , <br /> Lathrop) (District 3) . <br /> APPLICANT: Steve McKee APN: 191-190-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219 , telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Louise Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 to 80 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way of same width. <br /> Manthey Road has an existing right-of-way width of 53 to 60 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way same width. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> right-of-way line of Louise Avenue and Manthey Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1410. 2m) <br /> c: Manuel Lopez - Deputy Director/Development <br />
