The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Deveiopment Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> d. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22 of the California Code of <br /> Regulations will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> f. Demolish all dilapidated structures and remove all demolition material from the premises <br /> to an approved landfill site, in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> g. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> aboveground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> h. A solid waste permit may be required. Submit a plan of operation for the recycling <br /> operation along with $156.00 for the plan check fee. <br /> 4. The fire access road shall meet standards of the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> C.
