d. A Knox Box security key box shall be provided, per fire department requirements. <br /> 6. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: (Contact Person: Sam F. Bologna, 823-3101) <br /> a. Improvement plans for both off-site and on-site improvements shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the District's Board of Directors. The improvement plans shall <br /> provide specific detail for proposed drainage and other such improvements that may <br /> affect District facilities and operations. <br /> b. A retainer to cover District costs relative to plan review and inspections must be submitted <br /> with the improvement plan, in accordance with District policy. <br /> C. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment agreement from the District for any proposed <br /> encroachment within District easements. <br /> d. The applicant shall remove any service or drainage structure that may still exist within the <br /> improved site. <br /> e.
