LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved water supply system is required . <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> 3 . Cake Material <br /> A waste content determination must be made prior to <br /> disposal . Contact DOHS—TSCD to verify who will make <br /> determination and where waste can ultimately be disposed . <br /> 4 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollution <br /> permit . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U . B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> d . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> MANTECA—LATHROP RURAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Fire Protection System to be engineered to comply with NFPA <br /> and Uniform Fire Code Standards . The Fire Protection System <br /> shall be supplied either by Local Water District or Private <br /> Water System. Plans shall be supplied to the <br /> Manteca—Lathrop Fire District for approval . <br /> 2 . The Fire District would oppose any plan that would detach <br /> the property in questions from the District regarding <br /> annexiation to the City of Manteca . <br /> 3 . Prior to issuance of a permit to build , we would request a <br /> condition of confirmation of how the property will be served <br /> to provide water for Fire Protection. <br /> 4 . The application be subject to development and or <br /> construction fee ordinance currently being drafted for Board <br /> of Supervisors approval. <br />
