LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT 1 . Connection to an approved water supply system is required . 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . 3 . Cake Material A waste content determination must be made prior to disposal . Contact DOHS—TSCD to verify who will make determination and where waste can ultimately be disposed . 4 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollution permit . BUILDING DIVISION 1 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material : a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U . B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . b . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable . C. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plans . d . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit . MANTECA—LATHROP RURAL FIRE DISTRICT 1 . Fire Protection System to be engineered to comply with NFPA and Uniform Fire Code Standards . The Fire Protection System shall be supplied either by Local Water District or Private Water System. Plans shall be supplied to the Manteca—Lathrop Fire District for approval . 2 . The Fire District would oppose any plan that would detach the property in questions from the District regarding annexiation to the City of Manteca . 3 . Prior to issuance of a permit to build , we would request a condition of confirmation of how the property will be served to provide water for Fire Protection. 4 . The application be subject to development and or construction fee ordinance currently being drafted for Board of Supervisors approval.
