PERMIT NO. 90-1 "Extended to October 1, 1990 <br /> CONDITIONS: (4 months) <br /> "Extended to June 1, 1990 � <br /> 1 . Permit Expires April 2 , 1990 (60 Day Permit) " (60 Days) <br /> 2. The City of Manteca shall inspect the temporary connection <br /> to the City of Lathrop' s sewer for compliance with applicable <br /> codes and standards. <br /> 3 . Initial wastewater must not be discharged from the storage <br /> tank until a sample is analyzed for all pollutants listed in <br /> City of Manteca Ordinance No. 644 (Copy Attached) , including <br /> pH. Assuming pollutants do not exceed allowable limits, <br /> the WQCF Superintendent must be notified prior to discharge <br /> to the sewer. The WQCF Superintendent may verbally approve <br /> discharge or inspect the facility and sample for pH before <br /> approving discharge. <br /> 4 . If pollutant limitations listed in Ordinance No. 644 are <br /> exceeded then the waste must be treated and retested or <br /> removed to a suitable treatment or disposal facility. <br /> LIMITATIONS: <br /> 1 . Maximum Day Discharge 59 ,000 gal/day <br /> 2 . Maximum Discharge to Sewer 75 gpm. <br /> 3 . Maximum Temperature of Discharge 150OF <br /> 4 . pH 6.0 - 10 .0 <br /> 5 . Permitee shall be responsible for a self monitoring program <br /> and shall submit a report for each tank discharged to the <br /> system. The report shall include the following: <br /> a. Total discharge <br /> b. pH <br /> c. Chemical analysis <br /> d. Temperature of discharge <br /> 6 .
