Wear self contained breathing aparatus when the threshold <br /> limit of 50 ppm. is exceeded. <br /> C. Always wear protective clothing. <br /> d. Use proper materials of construction in ammonia service. <br /> e. Do Z1QT mix with concentrated acids. <br /> f. Repair leaks promptly. <br /> 6. Tank Truck Unloading Procedure <br /> a. Tank truck spotted with wheels blocked, and truck grounded. <br /> b. Setup unloading signs. <br /> C. Truck driver will connect truck to unloading line. <br /> d. Catch a sample of the ammonia if applicable. <br /> e. Set up valves to receive ammonia. <br /> f. Truck driver will unload tank truck. Do NQT fill the <br /> ammonia tank above 80% full. <br /> g.
