SECOND AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LIBBEY-OWENS-FORD COMPANY <br /> SA-87-36 <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1. The width of the aisle in front of the parking spaces shall be <br /> increased to twenty-four (24) feet (per Section 9-3702). <br /> 2. The type and location of all proposed nighttime security <br /> lighting shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. Outdoor <br /> lighting shall be kept to a minimum, while still providing <br /> adequate security. Lighting shall be hooded and shall consist <br /> of wall mounted lights and/or free-standing lights with <br /> standards not to exceed twenty (20) feet in height. <br /> 3. Details of a landscaping and irrigation plan shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan. Landscape details shall include a key <br /> showing size, type, number , and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings. Details of an automatic and times sprinkler system <br /> shall be shown. The following landscaping requirements shall <br /> be included in the Improvement Plan: <br /> a. The area between the parking spaces , maintenance building <br /> and northern property boundary shall be landscaped with <br /> lawn or other similar groundcover at a minimum. <br /> b. A combination of landscaping and berming shall be utilized <br /> along the northern and southern boundary of the project <br /> area to provide significant screening of the switchyard. <br /> C. Additional landscaping shall be provided along the <br /> western, northern and eastern boundaries of the site. <br /> Where the site is adjacent to a public street , the <br /> following landscaping requirements shall apply: <br /> i. Trees shall be spaced no further than twenty-five (25) <br /> feet apart. Trees shall be a minimum one-inch caliper and <br /> fifteen (15) gallon size at the time of planting and shall <br /> be double staked. The tree type shall be selected form <br /> the County's tree list. <br /> ii. Shrubs shall be spaced not to exceed ten (10) feet on <br /> center at a ratio of 207:-5 gallons , 80%1 gallon. <br /> iii. 100% coverage of groundcover. <br />
