Owner/developer shall be <br /> provided with a contract and fee findings by the Fire District. <br /> OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> 1. The facility shall comply with Chapter 6.95 Section 25500 et. <br /> Seq. of California Health and Saftey Code. <br /> AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> 1. Ammonia receiving, storage and handling shall be done in a <br /> nuisance free manner and shall comply with all requirements of <br /> the Air Pollution Control District. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION DIVISION OF AERONAUTICS <br /> 1. The applicants shall contact the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration to determine if an obstruction evaluation will <br /> be required. Depending on the height of the tooling tower and <br /> steam emissions , the project may require a Notice of Proposed <br /> Construction or alteration (Form 7460-1) by the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration (FAA) pursuant to FAR, Part 77. <br />
