PAGE 4 <br /> SA-87-36 <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the <br /> U.B,C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> C. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> d. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> MANTECA-LATHROP RURAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> 1. Fire Protection System to be engineered to comply with NFP& and <br /> Uniform Fire Code Standards. The Fire Protection System shall <br /> be supplied either by Local Water District or Private Water <br /> System. Plans shall be supplied to the Manteca-Lathrop Fire <br /> District for approval. <br /> 2. The Fire District would oppose any plan that would detach the <br /> property in questions from the District regarding annexation to <br /> the City of Manteca. <br /> 3. Prior to issuance of a permit to build , we would request a <br /> condition of confirmation of how the property will be served to <br /> provide water for Fire Protection. <br /> 4. The application be subject to development and or construction <br /> fee ordinance currently being drafted for Board of Supervisors <br /> approval. <br /> 5. Access and Fire Protection Appliances per UFC, NFPA and any <br /> buildings required to be sprinkler according to San Joaquin <br /> County Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> 6. Any Fire Protection Systems to be approved and signed by the <br /> Fire Chief. <br />
