You may begin applying wastewater to Site B in accordance with the WDRs. The flow <br /> limits are hereby increased as described in Discharge Specification B.1, which states: <br /> The 7-day average discharge from all sources, including stormwater, to the land application <br /> areas shall not exceed 800,000 gpd; the maximum flow rate for a single day shall not exceed <br /> 1,000,000 gpd. When the Discharger completes the technical report described in Prohibition A.8, <br /> and the report is approved by the Executive Officer, the 30-day average discharge from all <br /> sources, including stormwater, to the land application areas shall not exceed 1.7 million gpd; the <br /> maximum flow rate for a single day shall not exceed 3.7 million gpd. <br /> The information in the 24 February 2006 Responses to Comments Regarding Site B and the 25 October <br /> 2005 Responses to Comments Regarding Site B prepared by Pilkington, and the 7 November 2001 Report <br /> on Site B, prepared by Condor Earth Technologies describe improvements to land application area Site B <br /> that are consistent with the WDRs. <br /> Please review your Monitoring and Reporting Program and begin including the information required for <br /> Site B in all future self-monitoring reports.
