A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown on the final subdivision improvement plans. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 2. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
