5. Construct a waterunder permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. hould the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 6. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned wetl(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.5(e)) <br /> 7. Obtain a revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit. <br /> 8. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you fust would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material. You can obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 9.
