Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage and design criteria for all phases of proposal must be performed prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s) as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing most westerly well is of unknown construction and Environmental Health <br /> Division would not support its use for the proposed church. The other well was drilled under <br /> permit in 1989 and Environmental Health Division would recommend that it be tested to <br /> /q determine if it can meet California Code of Regulations and the Health and Safety Code as a <br /> 1! public water system for the proposed church facility. <br /> NOTE: Proposed storm retention basin to be a minimum of 50-feet from existing well. <br /> C. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title 22, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> Page 1 of 2 F&ff0)/ <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
