UP-00-21 L <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank and swimming pool, seepage pit or excavation <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development as determined by the <br /> nitrate loading study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The proposed sewage disposal area may not be practical without the use of holding <br /> tanks and pumping equipment, etc. <br /> F. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored,removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> G. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
