Construction of the masonry <br /> wall may be deferred with a cyclone fence with shrubbery or other adequate landscaping until <br /> such time that residential development occurs along the north and-south property lines. A notice <br /> shall be recorded against the property in lieu of requiring a bond to guarantee construction of the <br /> wall(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1022.4[e][1]). <br /> (2) All storage areas for trash shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and <br /> public rights-of-way. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$174.59 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
