All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of people the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4100. <br />
