IIP-92-25 OF EIGHT MILE RANCH <br /> (C/O ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF STOCKTON) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Use Permit to extablish a 500 seat church. All services <br /> to be on-site. <br /> The Development Service Division is recommending that the Planning <br /> Commission approve Use Permit application number UP-92-25 for a 500 <br /> seat church. Please note that all recommended conditions are based <br /> on a 500 seat church. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. This Use Permit approval is for a maximum of 500 seats. <br />
