UP---955-''9 OF BEAR CREEK <br /> COMMUNITY CHURCH (ALAN FRITS) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is a Use Permit application to establish a church <br /> facility in five phases over five years on a 9 . 3-acre parcel <br /> located on the west side of Lower Sacramento Road, 1800 feet north <br /> of Eight Mile Road, north of Stockton. The phasing is as follows: <br /> Phase 1 is comprised of the construction of a 5, 600-square-foot <br /> membrane structure for a 299-seat worship center and the <br /> construction of a 3 , 600-square-foot multi-purpose building to house <br /> Sunday school classrooms, offices, and restrooms; Phase 2 is <br /> comprised of the construction of a 14, 500-square-foot multi-purpose <br /> building to house a 500-seat worship center, offices, and <br /> classrooms, followed by the removal of the membrane structure; <br /> Phase 3 is comprised of the construction of 10, 000-square-foot, <br /> two-story, 200-seat classroom building and the conversion of the <br /> 3 , 600-square-foot multi-purpose building to a vehicle and equipment <br /> garage, storage area, and concession space; Phase 4 is comprised of <br /> the construction of a 27 , 000-square-foot, two-story, 1, 000-seat <br /> worship facility; and Phase 5 is comprised of the construction of <br /> a 10, 000-square-foot, two-story, 200-seat community services <br /> building to accommodate Sunday classrooms, administrative offices, <br /> a library, a media and music production room, a group meeting room, <br /> a counseling facility, and a video production room. <br /> The worship center is proposed to operate from 8 : 00 a.m. until noon <br /> and from 5 : 00 p.m. until 9 : 00 p.m. on Sundays, the offices and <br /> classrooms are proposed to operate from 8 : 00 a.m. until 5: 00 p.m. <br /> on weekdays and from 8 : 00 a.m. until noon on Sundays, nightly <br /> meetings for between 20 and 60 people are proposed on weekdays, and <br /> church-related activities are proposed to take place on Saturdays <br /> from 9: 00 a.m. until 5: 00 p.m. At full buildout, anticipated in <br /> five years, the project will consist of approximately 1, 000 seats <br /> in the worship center, 12 full-time employees, eight to ten part- <br /> time employees, and 359 automobile parking spaces. The facility <br /> proposes to utilize on-site services. <br />
