In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 95 feet <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br />
