The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $1,316 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Service Commercial in the Lodi area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167 and R-94-174) <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior <br /> to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $288 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7. 66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818 .4 and Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 5 . The south driveway shall be combined with the driveway of the <br /> proposed Roman Catholic Church to the south when they develop. <br /> 6 . A Traffic Study is required to determine the impacts and <br /> mitigations for the intersections and roadways in the vicinity, <br /> to determine the trip generation from each phase and also the <br /> need for improvements to the site entrance .
