The applicant is also proposing to change the location of the multi- purpose building, Sunday school classroom, and community services building from the southside of the property to the northside of the property. The project is located on the west side of Lower Sacramento Road approximately 1,800 feet north of Eight Mile Road, north of Stockton. This item is tentatively scheduled to be considered by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on July 19, 2001. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Revision of Approved Actions for UP-95-5 and will be recommending that it be approved subject to the following recommended Conditions of Approval. Use Permit Application No. UP-95-9 (revised) was approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
