Analysis <br /> Background <br /> On August 31, 1995, the Planning Commission approved Use Permit No. UP-95-9 to establish a church <br /> and related facilities subject to Findings and Conditions of Approval, which are attached for your <br /> information. The church and related facilities are proposed to be developed in five phases over a five-year <br /> period. No new issues have been identified since the project was originally approved. <br /> Neighborhood Opposition <br /> When the Use Permit was processed, no letters of opposition were received, and no opponents spoke <br /> at the Planning Commission hearing.
