Relocating, to the greatest extent possible, the facilities from the designated portion on <br /> the site to a more northerly area. This would contribute to a reduction of the impact of <br /> any of their, uses, especially during the evening hours and provide soiree additional <br /> privacy protection to the residential property owners in the area to the south. <br /> 4. Imposing hours of operation principally during the evening hours. <br /> 5. Provisions regarding the allowance of a tent, including but not lin]lted to, its location, <br /> the type of tent to be authorized and consideration for its automatic eliinitation after a <br /> specified period of time. <br /> 6. Imposition of lighting requirements to insure that no lighting goes beyond the <br /> boundaries of the applicant's site. <br /> 7- Conditions to address noise arising from vehicles on site, prayer services, social <br /> activities and fundraisers, especially during the evening hours. <br /> 8. In the event that the Planning Commission authorizes a school on site, its location to <br /> be on the northerly portion of the property. <br /> 9.
