I am aware of the fact that the public hearing on this.matter has.been closed and discussion amongst the Commissioners will occur on.June 16, 2005: To further illustrate the concern of my clients regarding the credibility of the applicant to comply with any conditions is a copy of a flier that was prepared and transmitted to the community by the applicant. You will note that the Mosque on that flier scheduled a public meeting, including a i speaker, prayer and nourishment at the Lower Sacramento site for Monday, May 2, 2005. This is i in spite of the fact that the Planning Commission has rendered no decision on the pending use permit application. To the extent that the Planning Commission takes favorable action on the application,my clients want the Commission to consider, among other conditions, the following, all of which is to occur before the facility can be used for the purposes intended: 1. A requirement for the posting of a performance bond in an amount adequate to cause compliance with all conditions imposed by San Joaquin County, 2. The construction of a masonry wall on the south side of the applicant's property in compliance with not only the existing County Ordinances but, in addition, to insure an appropriate buffer on the south side of the applicant's property.
