(2) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> m. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20) feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than ten <br /> (10)feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access req u irements(C.C.R.,title 24). <br /> (3) The proposed Small Agricultural Store will change the occupancy of the proposed commercial <br /> portion of the shop building from a U-3 occupancy to an M occupancy(U.B.C. Section 3405). A <br /> one-hour fire wall is required between the Small Agricultural Store area and the area to be used <br /> for storage. <br /> n. FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of static water supply(NFPA 1231 of <br /> the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section Section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordancewith Section 902.4. A knox box(key <br /> box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code,Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> o. Fire permits maybe required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property. <br /> (C.F.C.Section 105.2.1) <br /> 2.
