A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted for review prior to clearance for plan checking of building <br /> permit. <br /> a. Delineate the 100 year flood plain which crosses the parcels. <br /> b. Delineate the levee along the Mokelumne River. <br /> C. Delineate all structures. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. Service <br /> shall be provided by the Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District.Applicant shall provide the following: <br /> Install a meter with type, size and location approved by the County. <br /> Install an approved reduced pressure type backflow prevention device in conformance with <br /> County Standard No. CW-W24. <br /> • Provide a copy of a certified test report of the backflow prevention device prior to water use <br /> • Provide annual certification of the device to the Department of Public Works Utility Maintenance <br /> Division. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 7. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the project. Service shall be provided by the Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District. If the site <br /> design uses on-site surface flow in lieu of underground piping to the storm drain main,the total length of <br /> surface flow shall not exceed 700 feet to the nearest inlet. <br /> 8. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of common <br /> development. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County"Small "Site Stormwater <br /> Management Plan".
