UP-97-9 OF WOODBRIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH (C/O MIKE SMITH) LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH SACRAMENTO ROAD APPROXIMATELY 450 SOUTH OF WOODBRIDGE ROAD NORTH OF WOODBRIDGE (19350 N. LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD) APN: 013-230-30 (FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) ----------------------------------------------------------------- This project is a Use Permit application for a construction of a 300-seat community church with an office and multi-purpose building in three phases. Phase I is scheduled to begin in the spring of 1998 which will consist of the construction of the 6 , 000 square foot multi-purpose building. Phase II is scheduled to begin in the spring of 1999 at which time the 1600 square foot office will be constructed. Phase III is scheduled to begin in the spring of the year 2000 at which time the 7500 square foot worship hall will be constructed. Sunday worship will be held Sunday' s between 8 : 00 a.m. and 1: 00 p.m. The office will be opened Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. and will be staffed by five (5) employees. The use of the multi-purpose building will vary. The property has a general plan designation of Agriculture and the property is zoned AG-20. The use type is Religious Assembly- Community which is permitted in the AG-20 zone subject to an approved Use Permit. The project is proposed to be developed with all on-site services including a private well, developed to a public water well standard, on-site septic system and drainage systems .
