UP-97-9 OF <br /> WOODBRIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH (C/O MIKE SMITH) <br /> LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH SACRAMENTO ROAD <br /> APPROXIMATELY 450 SOUTH OF WOODBRIDGE ROAD NORTH <br /> OF WOODBRIDGE (19350 N. LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD) <br /> APN: 013-230-30 (FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a Use Permit application for a construction of a <br /> 300-seat community church with an office and multi-purpose <br /> building in three phases. Phase I is scheduled to begin in the <br /> spring of 1998 which will consist of the construction of the <br /> 6 , 000 square foot multi-purpose building. Phase II is scheduled <br /> to begin in the spring of 1999 at which time the 1600 square foot <br /> office will be constructed. Phase III is scheduled to begin in <br /> the spring of the year 2000 at which time the 7500 square foot <br /> worship hall will be constructed. Sunday worship will be held <br /> Sunday' s between 8 : 00 a.m. and 1: 00 p.m. The office will be <br /> opened Monday - Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. and will be <br /> staffed by five (5) employees. The use of the multi-purpose <br /> building will vary. <br /> The property has a general plan designation of Agriculture and <br /> the property is zoned AG-20. The use type is Religious Assembly- <br /> Community which is permitted in the AG-20 zone subject to an <br /> approved Use Permit. The project is proposed to be developed <br /> with all on-site services including a private well, developed to <br /> a public water well standard, on-site septic system and drainage <br /> systems . <br />
