For Phase 2, (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, (2) all <br /> necessary building permits shall be issued and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies shall be issued and remain in force prior to <br /> April 15, 1999 . For Phase 3 , (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits shall be issued and remain in force, <br /> and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies shall <br /> be issued and remain in force prior to April 15, 2000. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an <br /> approved Business License prior to the initiation of <br /> the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained <br /> on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm <br /> drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and <br /> comply with the following: <br /> 1. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> 2 . A minimum of 110 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 5 accessible space and 1 van accessible <br /> space. (0 . 33/seat x 300 seats = 100 spaces for <br /> the worship hall plus 4/1000 square feet x 1600 <br /> square feet = 6 for the administration office plus <br /> 0 . 67/1000 square feet x 6000 square feet = 4 for <br /> the multi purpose building. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015. 3) <br /> 3 . One bicycle parking rack or storage devise is <br /> required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 7) <br />
