For Phase 3 , (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits shall be issued and remain in force, <br /> and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies shall <br /> be issued and remain in force prior to April 15, 2000. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an <br /> approved Business License prior to the initiation of <br /> the use.
