SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> 1. The south end of the parking lot shall be screened <br /> from the adjacent mobile home park with a solid <br /> masonry wall six to seven feet in height, and a <br /> five-foot-wide planting strip shall be installed <br /> adjacent to the wall and the parking area. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020. 6[e] ) <br /> 2 . Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with <br /> solid walls on three sides and gated on the fourth <br /> side. (Development Title Section 9-1020 . 9 [d] or <br /> Section 9-1022 .4 [e] [31 ) <br /> i. SIGNS: One (1) monument sign is permitted but shall not <br /> exceed 60 square feet in area nor six (6) feet in height. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.4 (h) (1) ) . BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> 1. FIRE MARSHALL: The following Uniform Fire Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated int he construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Community Development <br /> Department for a building permit: <br />
