UP-94-9 OF WOODBRIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is a Revision of Approved Actions Application for an approved church. The revisions include phasing, a time extension, and various site changes as shown on the Plans submitted December 1, 1995. The site is located on the east side of Lower Sacramento Road, 450 feet south of Woodbridge Road, north of Woodbridge. The issues include parking, paving, internal circulation, and screening. The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following comments: The Community Development Department will recommend that the proposed Revisions to Approved Actions for Use Permit No. UP-94-9 be approved subject to the Conditions of Approval for UP-94-9 with the following revisions: REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Revisions of Approved Actions for UP-94-9 Woodbridge Community Church a. This approval is for a 300-seat church, including a 6, 000 square foot multi-purpose building, and a 2599 1600-square foot office building, as depicted on the Site Plan submitted December 1 , 1995 . The oroject is to be constructed in three phases as shown on the Plan submitted December 1 , 1995 subject to these Revised Conditions of Approval For phase one (1) all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with (2) all necessary building permits shall been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies shall be issued and remain in force prior to January 30 , 1997 .
