The revisions include phasing, a time <br /> extension, and various site changes as shown on the Plans <br /> submitted December 1, 1995. The site is located on the east side <br /> of Lower Sacramento Road, 450 feet south of Woodbridge Road, <br /> north of Woodbridge. <br /> The issues include parking, paving, internal circulation, and <br /> screening. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> The Community Development Department will recommend that the <br /> proposed Revisions to Approved Actions for Use Permit No. UP-94-9 <br /> be approved subject to the Conditions of Approval for UP-94-9 <br /> with the following revisions: <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for <br /> UP-94-9 <br /> Woodbridge Community Church <br /> a. This approval is for a 300-seat church, including a 6, 000 <br /> square foot multi-purpose building, and a 2599 1600-square <br /> foot office building, as depicted on the Site Plan submitted <br /> December 1 , 1995 . The oroject is to be <br /> constructed in three phases as shown on the Plan submitted <br /> December 1 , 1995 subject to these Revised Conditions of <br /> Approval For phase one (1) all Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be complied with (2) all necessary building permits shall <br /> been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies shall be issued and remain in force prior <br /> to January 30 , 1997 . For phase two, (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary building <br />
