The reevaluation <br /> is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105,Presidio <br /> of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone(415)923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has a variable existing right-of-way width of 84 feet minimum and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> Department of Public Works Condition c. shall be revised as follows: <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> prior to issuance of building permit. The fee currently is 6 1,9 i 6$966 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building as Service Commercial in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.
