Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve the Revisions of Approved Actions application for approved Use Permit No. UP-94-9 <br /> with the Findings and Revised Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report. <br /> Findings <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, <br /> any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable <br /> plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the revision will not affect the original Finding that <br /> the proposed church is consistent with the policies of the A/G General Plan <br /> designation and is permitted in the AG-20 zone subject to an approved Use Permit. <br /> This proposal is consistent with the Lower Sacramento Specific Road Plan, which <br /> requires no change in the existing road right-of-way from the Mokelumne River to <br /> Woodbridge Road. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities,roadway improvements,sanitation,water supply, drainage,and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the revision will not affect the original Finding that <br /> the site has frontage on a County road, and water supply, sanitation, and drainage <br /> will meet County standards. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> This finding can be made because the revision will not affect the original Finding that <br /> the Site Plan demonstrates that all proposed development can be accommodated on <br /> this site and meet all County standards for parking, yards, well, septic, and drainage. <br /> 4.
