The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the revision will not affect the original Finding that <br /> no conflicts with surrounding land uses have been identified. <br /> Conditions <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions for <br /> UP-94-9 <br /> Woodbridge Community Church <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval is for a 300-seat church, including a 6,000-square-foot multi-purpose <br /> building, and a 2599 1600-square-foot office building, as depicted on the Site Plan <br /> submitted May 27, 4884 January 22, 1996. The project is to be constructed in three <br /> phases, as shown on the Plan, subject to these Revised Conditions of Approval. For <br /> Phase 1, (1) all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits shall be issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies shall be issued and remain in force prior to January 30, 1997. For Phase 2, <br /> (1) all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> shall be issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> shall be issued and remain in force prior to January 30, 1998. For Phase 3, (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval shall be complied with, (2) all necessary building permits shall be <br /> issued and remain in force and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies shall be <br /> issued and remain in force prior to January 30, 1999. <br /> b. Automobile parking spaces shall be provided as follows: <br /> Religious Assembly: .33/seat X 300 seats = 100 <br /> Administrative Offices: 4/1,000 sq. ft. <br /> X 21598 11� _ 4-9 6 <br /> Community Assembly: .67/1,000 X 6,000 = 4 <br /> Parking for the physically handicapped shall be provided as specified in Section 9- <br /> 1015.10 of the Development Title. Bicycle parking is required as specified in Section 9- <br /> 1015.7 of the Development Title. Parking calculations shall be shown on the IrAprevement <br /> Site Plan. <br /> A total of 100 parking spaces are required for Phase 1. Six additional parking spaces are <br /> required for Phase 2. Four additional parking spaces are required for Phase 3. <br /> C.
