Copperopolls Road, Farmington <br /> General Plan: A/G Community: <br /> Zoning: AG-40 APN: 187-020-12 <br /> Water Supply: Private well Sewage Disposal: Septic system <br /> Storm Drainage: Natural 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: Yes (non-prime) Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Richard Larrouy CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> This is a Minor Subdivision application to subdivide a 120-acre parcel into three forty-acre parcels. <br /> Access to the parcels is to be provided by direct frontage on Copperopolis Road and future development <br /> on the parcels will utilize on-site services. <br /> The subject parcel contains a horse barn and both irrigated and non-irrigated pasture. The property is <br /> not classified by the Soil Conservation Service as prime. The owner has requested that the Parcel Map <br /> requirement be waived for this project.
