i. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and gated on the <br /> fourth side. (Development Title Section 9-1020.9(d] or Section 9-1022.4[e][31) <br /> j. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property line shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, <br /> that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> k. The office building shall be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the Lower Sacramento <br /> Road right-of-way. (Development TBIe Section 9-610.4) <br /> I. All development shall comply with the 'Trees' Chapter of the Development Title. The <br /> existing oak trees located near Lower Sacramento Road shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plans. A landscaping plan prepared by a licensed landscape professional shall be submitted <br /> with the Improvement Plan. Landscaping shall comply with the requirements of Sections <br /> 9-1020.3, 9-1020.8(a), and 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. Areas which are not part <br /> of the project shall be barricaded from traffic. <br /> n. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a civil engineer showing drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility services, signs, and grading. <br /> The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on <br /> the Improvement Plan.
