system under the provisions of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> h. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above-ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A 3156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> i. Submit an application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> j. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> k. If hazardous waste is generated, the applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> a. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: (Contact Person: J. R. Monty. 858-2331) <br /> a. The project shall conform with the 1991 Uniform Fire Code and all related standards. <br /> b. All structures over 6,000 square feet shall conform with the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> C. Fire department fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (industrial/commercial @ 30.21 per <br /> sq. ft.). <br /> d. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building <br /> materials. requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire <br /> suppression shall be provided in accordance with Sections 10.201, 10.502, and 87.103 <br /> of the 1991 Uniform Fire Code. The fire access road shall meet standards of the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> e. Existing sprinkler reauirements plus the additional sprinkler needs must be met by the <br /> existing fire pump. If inadequate. the necessary improvements must be provided. <br /> 5. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: (Contact Person: Sam Bologna, 823-3101) <br /> a. Submit an improvement plan to the District which provides specific details for retention <br /> of drainage and other such improvements both on and off the site that may affect District <br /> facilities and operations. This plan must be reviewed by the District's Engineering <br /> Department and, if necessary. approved by the District's Board of Directors. <br /> b. Obtain an encroachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachments within <br /> anv District easement. <br /> C.
