The driveways and driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, <br /> F-1b, F-1c, and R-17, and the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit. This facility generates volumes of liquid waste that is regulated by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB). The Environmental Health Division <br /> is requiring that written approval be obtained from CVRWQCB prior to issuance of <br /> building permits regarding filing a Waste Management Report. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Open. pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit. or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 <br /> and 9-1110.4) <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on. or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> I.
