UP-94-0009 OF WOODBRIDGE <br /> COMMUNITY CHURCH (C/O MIKE SMITH ENGINEERING) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> This approval will expire 1S months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. This approval is for a 300 seat church, including a 6 , 000 <br /> square foot worship hall, a 6 , 000 square foot multi-purpose <br /> building and a 2 , 500 square foot office building, as <br /> depicted on the Site Plan submitted May 27 , 1994 . <br /> b. 100 parking spaces are required including three spaces for <br /> the physically handicapped. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015. 3 and 9-1015 . 10) <br /> C. A rack or other secure device for the purpose of storing and <br /> protecting bicycles from theft shall be installed.
