UP-94-0009 OF WOODBRIDGE COMMUNITY CHURCH (C/O MIKE SMITH ENGINEERING) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following comments: Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. This approval will expire 1S months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Community Development Department a. This approval is for a 300 seat church, including a 6 , 000 square foot worship hall, a 6 , 000 square foot multi-purpose building and a 2 , 500 square foot office building, as depicted on the Site Plan submitted May 27 , 1994 . b. 100 parking spaces are required including three spaces for the physically handicapped. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 3 and 9-1015 . 10) C. A rack or other secure device for the purpose of storing and protecting bicycles from theft shall be installed. The device shall have a minimum capacity of 5 bicycles. (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 7)
