If the facility is to be used at night, parking lot lighting <br /> shall comply with the requirements of Section 1015. 5 (g) of <br /> the Development Title. <br /> e. The south end of the parking lot shall be screened from the <br /> adjacent mobile home park with a solid masonry wall six (6) <br /> to seven (7) feet in height, and a five (5) foot planting <br /> strip shall be installed adjacent to the wall and the <br /> parking area. (Development Title Section 9-1020 . 6 [e] ) <br /> f . Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty- <br /> five (25) feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 5 [h] (1] ) <br /> g. The southern driveway shall intersect with Lower Sacramento <br /> Road at a 90 degree angle. <br /> h. The northern driveway shall intersect with Lower Sacramento <br /> Road at a 90 degree angle. An easement for access is <br /> required for the northern driveway. <br /> i . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> j . Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020. 9 [d] or Section 9-1022 . 4 [e] [3] ) <br /> k. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises. No spillover beyond the property line shall be <br /> permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. <br /> 1 . The office building shall be set back a minimum of 30 feet <br /> from Lower Sacramento Road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-610. 4) <br /> in. All development shall comply with the "Trees" Chapter of the <br /> Development Title. The existing oak trees located near Lower <br /> Sacramento Road shall be shown on the Improvement Plans. <br /> Provisions for satisfying the requirements of the "Trees" <br /> Chapter shall be included with the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1505) <br />
