7.4 _ Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the names of Aberle Acres and Pacific Agrilands. According to <br /> the records, the Site has been a vineyard from 2010 through the present. A <br /> variety of agricultural chemicals were applied to the Site during this time period, <br /> as indicated on the attached pages in Appendix 6. No violations were identified <br /> for the project Site. <br /> 7.5 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on February 18, 2015 for mapped <br /> oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were <br /> identified within the search area. <br /> 7.6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> February 24, 2015 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one- <br /> quarter mile of the Site. It appears that an active natural gas transmission <br /> pipeline operated by PG&E runs along the northern property line of the Site. A <br /> w second active natural gas transmission pipeline operated by PG&E runs along <br /> Lower Sacramento Road on the western side of the Site. An active multi- <br /> products pipeline operated by SFPP, LP is located approximately 0.4 miles east <br /> of the Site, and a third active natural gas pipeline operated by Lodi Gas Storage <br /> is located half a mile north of the Site. Local pipelines which are not mapped by <br /> the NPMS may be present. <br /> LOGE 1504 8 <br />
