The State Water Resources Control Board records are included in Appendix 4. <br /> 7.3 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List dated June 18, 2014, as well as <br /> the Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage <br /> Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation FA, Site Mitigation RO, and <br /> Local Oversight Program lists dated October 2014, for surrounding facilities of <br /> concern. <br /> The subject Site address of 19750 North Lower Sacramento Road was listed on <br /> the Aboveground Storage Tanks list under the name of Aberle Acres. The tank <br /> inventory has been discussed in Section 6.1, above. <br /> One additional site was also identified within one-quarter mile. Rutledge Ranch, <br /> 1643 E. Woodbridge Road (approximately 440 feet west of the Site), is included <br /> on the Aboveground Storage Tanks list. Live Oak reviewed records on file for <br /> this facility at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department on <br /> February 19, 2015. The file indicated that two aboveground storage tanks are <br /> stored at this facility: a 500-gallon diesel tank and a 300-gallon gasoline tank. <br /> Based on the distance from this facility to the Site, no impact to the Site is -� <br /> anticipated from these aboveground storage tanks. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on March 5, 2015 <br /> for the Site address and facilities adjacent to the subject Site with hazardous <br /> materials inventories. The Site is listed under the name of North Forty; no <br /> chemical inventory was provided. Rutledge Ranch, 1643 E. Woodbridge Road <br /> (approximately 440 feet west of the Site), also appears as a hazardous materials <br /> handler, but no information appears when the facility is selected. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Eight wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately one-half mile of the subject Site. All <br /> of the wells had been tested for nitrate, it was detected in six of the wells at <br /> concentrations ranging from 0.4 to 22 mg/L. Two of the wells had been tested for <br /> DBCP; it was detected at concentrations of 0.02 and 0.34 4g/L. The Maximum <br /> Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm.
